I have a smoking/smoking discussions often if you wear while wearing a wristwatch or can. My answer is always: depends, on smoking are Wearing… It is for a black tie or white tie event?

So I did some research.

Let's start with the word tags ' …Was means? In Wikipedia, we learn: "Etiquette is a code of conduct, outlines expectations for social behavior after contemporary conventional standards within a society, social class or group."Appeared in the French Word displays ticket (approval, etc.) in English 1750."

And what does it mean when it receives an invitation that black tie dress code? although it may differ slightly per country in general we can say: ' black tie is a dress code for semi-formal evening events, and is worn for many types of social functions. For a man is the most important component of a jacket, woman is known as a smoking normally schwarz.Eine appropriate evening dress a long evening dress (gala clothes).'

If we focus on the men, here are some tips are what makes a smoking:

In contrast to white which is very strictly regulated, black tie ensemble can more variation anzeigen.Kurz traditional components are tie,:

-A jacket with silk panels usually Grosgrain (satin), called the dinner jacket.
-Hose silk braids fitting the facings.
-A black Cummerbund or low cut waistcoat.
-A white dress shirt with either a Marcella (pique cotton), stiff, or folded front.
-A black silk bow tie.
Chamäleon Dress Socks, usually silk.
Chamäleon patent or highly polished leather or patent leather shoes Court shoes.

So, what about the watches???Good question!

What would we do without Google :) first thing I did is Google this question and I was surprised how little results I found a comment of the GQ style guy about gefunden.Ich during a wedding wearing a Tux:

"What kind of time to your wedding take I'm getting married soon and I'm not sure what style timepiece I should put on my wrist."I will wear a very traditional one button black smoking, a white shirt, vest and a white Windsor tie.Are my cufflinks Sterling silber.Die's wedding on a Saturday morning. It would be better suited for me a Cartier rectangular face with Roman numerals and one with a stainless steel band to wear black leather band or a Rolex?I am concerned that the Rolex could be too noticeable.I'm leaning towards the Cartier with leather strap.

You're in luck. Can be very few other problems with this so affected. If I you would be what is appropriate; because you are planning to dress in the tomorrow night, I would not worry about, adequacy is no longer a consideration."But given your choice, I think you're better off with a dress watch - Cartier - than with the Rolex I guess, something like a Sportuhr.Es was because, of course, the wedding being held underwater place, Rolex will work in this case, should take up to 300 Metern.Wenn which is Cartier Watch Gold gold cufflinks (and rivets?) or even questions your best man timer to be."

But, what is if the wedding is night cause the style guy is rather correct, it's not often that you wear a tuxedo before papageipark

Back to Wikipedia…After looking three times, I finally found something relevant: "timepiece: if worn a watch should be slim, sleek and elegant; alternative can a pocket watch that vest worn werden.Traditionell however are visibly worn timepieces with formal evening dress, because timing is no priority."

Mmmmm…A bit widersprüchlich.Wenn, classic is the key, but then is traditionally not worn application if it timepieces, no bag dribble a wristwatch is selbstSo acceptable or not?

HubPages says it is: "your watch must so slim and werden.Schwarze is smooth as your Tuxedo classical formal wear, tie hold your time in the same league with a leather strap and basic black Gesicht.halten this chunky chronograph with the compasses at home or on the fishing boat, dressy, need to be conspicuous here."

I found this quote on several other sites...Google does not help that much on the subject, so that my dear WatchFreaks please share your thoughts.
